2008-2009 Calendar
Read this year's Calendar of Events.The calendar for 2008-2009 consists of two 10-week semesters in which a variety of classes will be offered on Fridays for children in pre-K through grade 12. The calendar is organized into two semesters as follows:
- Fall Semester: 09/12/08 - 11/21/08, Note: No classes on October 3rd
- Spring Semester: 02/20/09 - 05/08/09, Note: No classes on April 3rd or April 10th

Registration forms will be accepted online. Please view the Calendar of Events for specific availability dates.Parent Participation
Parent participation is required for our cooperative to be a successful learning experience. Families who desire to participate in Specials Day are expected to be available when their children are enrolled. If a family cannot meet their responsibilities, they will not be accepted for enrollment. Specials day duties are in addition to your SCCK membership duty. Volunteer hours are calculated as follows:| Total number of hours your children are in classes per week | Amount you WILL volunteer |

| 1 hour | Aide in 1 class for 5 weeks |
| 2 - 4 hours | Aide in 1 class for 10 weeks |
| 5 - 8 hours | Aide in 2 classes for 10 weeks |
| 9 or more hours | Aide in 3 classes for 10 weeks |
Fees for Classes

Families participating in Specials Day classes are required to submit a fee of $20 per semester to cover program expenses, church donations, and teacher gifts. Registration fees are non-refundable.Payments
Payments are due at the time of registration. Checks are to made payable to SCCK and mailed to the Financial Coordinator. If you are unable to pay in full at the time of registration, you may choose the following payment option:- Divide your total amount due by 3 (don't forget to include the $20 registration fee).
- You will write three separate checks, each for one-third your total amount due.
- You will post-date the checks as follows:
- Fall Semester: August 22, September 22, October 22, 2008
- Spring Semester: February 20, March 20, April 20, 2009
- Your checks will not be cashed until the post-dates.
- Mail all three checks to the Financial Coordinator (address will be emailed to you upon registration.)
